You can translate numbers into targeted marketing campaigns and elevate the Denksport brand in the Netherlands. You can create campaigns that allow you to enter the market in strategic ways. You think in journeys, monitor customer behavior, and know exactly which buttons to press to get the most out of our digital campaigns. Better online results lead to a stronger market position for Denksport, so you are the foundation of our success. Together with the rest of the team, you will provide the best digital customer experience imaginable.

As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will work with different (digital) channels. You should be familiar with social, display, affiliate, and other digital marketing channels. It will be your responsibility to set up and optimize the campaigns. However, you won’t stop at the campaigns, but you will also look at how landing pages and other parts of the websites can be improved to meet the needs of our visitors.

You are a well-prepared data-focused individual, who is aware of the latest trends within your field. With your pioneer mentality and your drive, you grab all opportunities with both hands.

Your activities

  • Managing national performance & brand campaigns
  • Managing and optimizing different digital marketing channels
  • Advising and thinking about the 3 H strategy (Hygiene, Hub, and Hero content) and always on versus campaign-based use of digital channels.
  • Analyzing and reporting results
  • Digging in the numbers to measure which parts of the campaigns are doing better than the other
  • Consulting with other departments: you will discuss the KPI’s and present the results
  • Taking the customer experience to a higher level together with your digital colleagues

What we expect

You have several years of experience as a digital marketer/campaign manager. You are analytical and you make decisions based on data. You have a drive to always improve and get the most out of everything. You are flexible and make the best out of anything. You are a great team player,  both internally and with external parties. You have experience with Google Ads, DoubleClick, Facebook, and Hubspot.

You are a conversion-driven, result-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. You are proactive and pragmatic, and you have a hands-on mentality. You are able to communicate complexity to others well.

You also have

  • A completed HBO / WO education in a relevant field, such as creative business or (digital) communication.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably at a start-up or digital marketing agency.
  • A creative mind; you are full of inspiration to implement new ideas and initiatives and you are good at planning and organizing them.
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both spoken and written.
  • Experience in writing content.
  • Extensive experience with SEA, Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Facebook ads, and other advertising tools.
  • Knowledge of various (online) tools such as Hotjar, Optimizely, Google Data Studio & Google Tag Manager.
