To achieve this, we need to innovate our digital puzzle product offerings and attract and retain customers through exceptional user experiences; hence we are growing our digital B2C team and we are seeking a dynamic Technical Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in this exciting phase of growth.



What we are looking for

As a Technical Business Analyst at Keesing, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, contributing to the seamless integration of technical solutions and enhancing our digital b2c and especially e-commerce capabilities. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business processes, suggesting technical solutions to business problems and developing detailed technical documentation. You will leverage your expertise in e-commerce platforms, such as Adobe Commerce (Magento2) and/or WordPress, and contribute to creating customer value through technical solutions.



About the team

You will report to the Head of Digital Products and work together on a daily basis with Product Managers, technical managers, engineering teams and stakeholders from different countries. You are self-driven, curious, result-driven, pro-active with good communication skills and comfortable with diving deep into complex technical environments to figure out pain points and advise decision makers. At Keesing, our web shops are active in more than 15 countries with Adobe Commerce serving the bigger countries while smaller ones are on Word Press – WooCommerce.


Your responsibilities include but are not limited to


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document both technical and business requirements.
  • Conduct a thorough analysis of existing business processes and ecommerce platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimization and suggest technical solutions.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technical solutions.
  • Ensure right and cost efficient technical solutions are being used by the development team.
  • Monitor, review and evaluate the execution of new features, code quality and performance of the ecommerce platforms and suggest improvements.
  • Ensure the technical deliverables are according to the specifications via UAT.
  • Drive clarity and achieve consensus among key stakeholders around technical needs and gaps.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including system integrations, data flows, and API specifications.
  • Create and communicate detailed reports and presentations on e-commerce performance and technical solution implementation plans for business stakeholders.
  • Assist Product Managers by providing technical consultations, contributing to technical decisions made by technical managers, and aiding in the writing of requirement documentations.
  • Collaborate on technical integrations between different technical platforms connected to our digital b2c landscape (including but not limited to our CRM systems, data and reporting tools, product information management system, order management and delivery).


Your profile/skills


  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Informatics or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with a focus on e-commerce and technical integrations.
  • Possess a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, preferably Adobe Commerce (Magento2), and their capabilities. WordPress knowledge is a plus.
  • Technical understanding of IT systems, APIs, and integration protocols.
  • Experience in writing technical and functional specifications.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed documentation and presentations.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to perform selective code reviews and code auditing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Experience with agile practices.
  • Knowledge of modern software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
  • Familiar with QA and test automation.
  • Familiarity with programming languages is a big plus.
