Keesing sells French publisher of leisure magazines
Amsterdam - Keesing Media Group, a subsidiary of TMG (Telegraaf Media Groep), has sold Editions de Saxe S.A.S. in Lyon. The sale is effective as of October 1, 2007. The sale of this publishing company for leisure magazines is a logical consequence of Keesing's policy to concentrate on publishing puzzle magazines and digital games in Europe.

Sanoma Uitgevers sells its puzzle magazines to Keesing
Amsterdam - Dutch-based Sanoma Uitgevers, part of Sanoma Magazines, and Keesing Media Group BV (Keesing), part of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V. announced today that Sanoma Uitgevers has sold its puzzle magazines in the Netherlands to Keesing.

Sanoma Uitgevers intends to sell its Dutch puzzle magazines to Keesing
Amsterdam - Dutch-based Sanoma Uitgevers, part of Sanoma Magazines, the magazine division of the SanomaWSOY Group and Keesing Media Group BV. (Keesing), part of Telegraaf Media Groep N.V. announced today that Sanoma Uitgevers intends to sell its puzzle magazines in the Netherlands to Keesing. The decision follows the redefinition of Sanoma Uitgevers' position in the puzzle market in the Netherlands.
